Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy.In order to determine the future direction of the organization, it is necessary to understand its current position and the possible avenues through which it can pursue particular courses of action. Generally, strategic planning deals with at least one of three key questions:

1. "What do we do?"
2. "For whom do we do it?"
3. "How do we excel?"

The key components of strategic planning include an understanding of an entity's vision, mission, values and strategies. In the commercial world a vision statement or a mission statement may encapsulate the vision and mission.

Within the next ten years, Charisma ICT College will become a leading provider of management software to small businesses by providing customizable, user-friendly software scaled to small business needs.

It is our great dreams, vision and mission to ogled our student becoming the best the world can reckon with. Part of aims and objectives is to create world standard and excellent career with our students. 

Right now, we are working on a great commission: taking our vision to less privilege folks in our rural communities, giving them a priceless opportunity to engage God-given-gift where it matter.

Charisma ICT College was born August 2011 with great initiative to connect its society with great and dynamic networking environment. As we all known, today Africa is left behind to fend for its survival. African Technology is under great poor developing state: every tools and equipment we are using today are old machines, which had already lost its standard.

 
Our desire and interest is to liberate and teach our folks in Africa how re-brand and rebuild the new technology in Africa. I know is gradual process, yet will need to come up with great initiatives.
